Management of national and international situations and events for manmade and natural occurrences that would produce debris requiring the resources to successfully complete the recovery process of debris management; Maintains a current and active debris removal operations plan; Highest training in debris management and recovery operations; Highest experience level in meeting Federal record keeping requirements and processing procedures; Highest knowledge in managing multiple service levels of manmade and/or natural disasters; Financial capabilities to manage progressive recovery processes; Has required and necessary liability coverage for all aspects of operation; Highest ability to manage work programs and its personnel safely and with the highest regard to safety and applicable regulations protecting employees of the company and community; Highest capabilities to recruit support staffing within acceptable timeframe; Mobilization timeframe: 24 hours–25%, 48 hours–75%, 72 hours–100%; Debris removal will commence following the first 24 hours isrameds.com

The highest trained and experienced in the field of debris management and recovery; Sufficient quantity of personnel to support all required services; Highest capability to train assisting resources; Highest ability to comply with OSHA regulations to which services are being applied; No use restriction as it relates to assignment; Fully mobilized and fully equipped; Permanently assigned to completion of task
